Today was really the final day of my New Balance 1260v3. They’ve served me very well for almost exactly two years. I’ve no idea of how many kilometres they’ve adorned my feet. I’m sure I could calculate it, but I don’t have the time right now 🙂

On the right shoe, some green ”pad” has come off the sole. And today, on the left, one of the eyelets broke.. making it hard to tie the left well.

The 1260v3s have served me well. I had some getting used to in the beginning, but became quite fond of them over time. It was the pair I brought for my American adventure in May :D. The one thing I didn’t really like, was how they handled the wetness and muddiness. Granted, they aren’t a trail shoe. So, for my next pair, I’ll look for a more traily or pure trail shoe.

Day 385 in run streak, 2,7 kilometres.

Garmin said 2,6, though, but that was because, strangely, when I selected ”save” on my FR620, it started to save and then immediately reboot. o.0 It said 2,71 when I pushed ”save” and after the automatic reboot it said 2,64.. looking at my run, it seems the watch lost memory of the final 70 metres. Weird.
