A light drizzle and a little bit dark, but not quite dusk. I felt stronger then I have for a month now. The air (building) where I work is sick, and I realised this last week and haven’t set my fot there for more than a few minutes a day. Apparently it gives results! I hope there is no permanent damage to my body from having spent many hours in that building…
