Today’s run was mostly in mud, snow, and rain. It was so slippery, I lost my grip at one point and fell to my knees. I never fall on my runs, so today was special! Fortunately I was at a very low speed, so the only ”injury” was even more mud on my clothes! 😀

I scouted a new trail today. Well, the trail is possibly old, but I had never ran it before this morning. From time to time I veer off of my beaten path, and explore a new stretch. It can be long or short, sometimes just a short-cut and sometimes kilometres extra. It’s fun to have variations when I feel like it!
